Customer Satisfaction

We take pride in delivering professional cleaning services with attention to detail and care.

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion so we can review and resolve the issue.

Service Re-Visit

Where appropriate, we may offer a complimentary re-visit to address any areas of concern identified by the customer.

Re-visits are determined at the discretion of Pristine Pad after assessing the original service completed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances where:

  • A booked service was not delivered
  • Significant service issues were identified and could not be resolved
  • Payment errors occurred

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the completed service.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Pre-existing stains, damage, wear or discolouration
  • Results limited by fabric condition, age or material type
  • Change of mind after service completion
  • Areas or items not included in the original booking
  • Delays caused by restricted property access or unsafe conditions
Cancellations

Customers are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
